Making your order work.

We use the contact, delivery and order information you provide to process payment, produce and deliver your items, send order updates and answer your questions. Stripe processes payments; our production and delivery providers receive the information needed to fulfil your order. We do not send payment card details to analytics services.

Essential browser storage keeps your shopping bag, administrator sign-in where applicable, and cookie preferences working. Optional measurement is not required to shop.

Optional measurement.

If you allow Google Analytics, we measure visits, product views, additions to the bag and purchases. If you allow Meta, we measure the corresponding activity to understand our Instagram and Facebook presence. These providers can receive browser identifiers, device and network information, public product identifiers and transaction amounts. They may process information outside your country.

Our measurement events exclude names, email addresses, delivery addresses, card details, administrator content and private order-confirmation links. Purchase events are based on confirmed live payments. We do not backfill purchases made before consent was recorded.

We remember your cookie choice for up to six months. You can decline either provider or withdraw your choice using the control below. Withdrawing stops future optional browser measurement and removes our accessible measurement cookies; it does not undo data already received by a provider.

Email hi@silentandgrey.com to ask about access, correction or deletion of your personal information. We retain order information as needed to fulfil orders, handle support and meet applicable record-keeping requirements.
