Our made-to-order pieces go into production after payment is confirmed. Our production partner, Printful, usually fulfils orders in 2–5 business days. Some products and busy periods take longer.

This is a production estimate, not a delivery date. Transit time is additional; weekends and public holidays are not business days. If you need a piece for a particular date, ask us before ordering.

Your address sets the options.

Enter your country, postcode and address at checkout to see the delivery services available for your actual selection. We show the shipping charge and total before you continue to payment. If no service is available, checkout will ask you to check the address or contact us.

Transit time depends on the destination, product and service. Any estimate supplied with a delivery option is shown in its description. Faster shipping does not remove production time. Separate parcels may arrive on different days.

For international deliveries, customs processing may add time. Ask us before ordering if you need clarification about import charges for your destination.

Follow each parcel.

Your private order page shows production progress and the tracking details available for each parcel. We email a shipment update when dispatch is recorded. A label can appear before the carrier receives the parcel, and tracking scans may take time to become visible.

Keep the confirmation link from checkout. Active shipments are checked approximately every 15 minutes. Carrier tracking contains the latest scan information.

A delay or an address correction?

Email hi@silentandgrey.com with your order reference. Contact us as soon as you notice an incorrect address; changes may no longer be possible once production or dispatch has started.

For a missing or damaged parcel, include the tracking number and a brief description. Photographs of damage and packaging can help us investigate. Do not send payment card details.
